I haven't found the sweet spot on the drivers seat for this. There is a way to anchor it but my back likes it more to the left some days and more to the right others. It is way better than folded blankets or pillows.

Use on my car seat and it helps keep my spine aligned as far as I can tell.

This little baby is a perfect fit for me and my back. I love the way it snugs down, right where I need it. Good product.

I purchased one of these for a long road trip in January. This cushion is absolutely fantastic. Provided support and pressure relief for my butt. Unfortunately, the vehicle I drive has the most uncomfortable seats ever. This product definitely delivers on its promise. We purchased another one for my wife. This is so much better than the "full" cushions we've had in the past. Highly recommend!!

such a seemingly small adjustment has done wonders for my lower back pain. i have a loose disc and this cushion is perfect. i like that its not bulky, has a simple minimalist design and its in solid black.

We took a cross the USA trip from west coast to east coast and back to west coast in 2 weeks. 10-12 hour days on the road for 3-4 days each way. My husband is always complaining his but hurts and leg hurts after 2-3 hours of driving. He did not complain one time using this pad. He said it made a huge difference. Now I wish I had ordered 2. I will be reordering a second one.

I got this pillow for my husband. He drives for Uber after his work and often complains his back hurts. This pillow is dense but soft and cushioned and allows user to sit comfortably without pushing or forcing itself forward. It really fills up that little gap and provides extra support while providing a soft cushion too. The bottom of the pillow is grippy and the surface doesn’t allow the pillow to slide around. As added bonus, the pillow cover os removable and washable. There are also two anchors that you’ll just insert behind the cart seat so the pillow stays put. Hubby says the pillow is great and adds a lot of comfort while driving. His back pain is better too. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter the most ❤️

I'm pretty old with hip and back problems, and this product helps. Im on the road pretty often, so its handy to have around. Im usually in the truck for around four hours. Having a cushion to keep me comfortable during those long trips is great, so anyone who also is riding around often should get this.

Being a Postal employee I drive all day to deliver mail. The seat is only adjustable front to back with not much support. I love this cushion because you can use it in many different positions. It has two hold-down straps that insert between the seat cushion and seat back. The material is durable and there is a zipper so you can take off the covering and wash when necessary. I immediately experienced relief from the fatigue of sitting in a vehicle all day long along with all the movements i make throughout my work day.

I had a disc rupture and have had the worst pain down my leg. Especially sitting while driving. Most car seats dip down where your hips are making your hips lower than your knees which can cause back issues… this cushion has helped me in the process of getting better.. and driving to my physical therapy appointments. Totally recommend this cushion.

This cushion is actually quite well designed for the purpose of correcting a very uncomfortable seat in the car. It really did fix the issue for the way my Camry seats are. But since I have chronic pain sitting in general, I still was in pain.If you are buying this due to chronic pain in general (and sitting in the car only worsens it), this is NOT what you're looking for. This would work quite well for someone with no pre-existing pain. I ended up going with a seat cushion (not specifically for a car seat) with real support for pain and that is helping.

When I had to start driving 45-50 minutes for work for five days I started having lower back and thigh pain.I needed support since the car had a curvature unable to support my back. The first pillow was a much firmer materialI needed a second pillow cushion and the material was more foam. There was support but felt flat. I do recommend this.

I bought this for a 36 hour road trip and I was very satisfied. The extra height boost was great, and it stayed so comfortable the entire drive. Very recommended!

This cushion is well made and fits into that low spot on bucket seats. The top surface is kind of scooped rather than straight, giving the back edge a slight rise. My back problems are mid-lumbar and this cushion just didn't help with that. I'm replacing it with a flatter cushion for the seat bottom and a separate lumber cushion for the seat back.

Can even be used a wedge for the hips

If you are trying to correct your bucket seats so that your hips are higher than your knees, or even just at the same level, these won’t do the trick. My PT explained how bucket seats were the cause of my driving-related back pain. But you would need more height. I’m still using this, but I had to combine it with another inadequate wedge I had bought to finally get my thigh level. That is sort of awkward and annoying. I wish one pillow would exist that did the job. On the good side, it doesn’t slide around and it has little disks to lick it into the seat. Also, even alone it is a big improvement over bucket seats alone.

It is compressing down. We wanted it because of being short. not too bad yet. It's only been about a month.

I was looking for a cushion to raise my hips above the level of my knees. This does the trick well, stays in place, and still allows me the pleasure of my heated seat. It has good resilience. I agree that it could extend further under my thighs, but that would further limit the benefit of my heated car seat.Thanks for a great product!

As a 240lbs truck driver that drives 12 hours a day, this one didnt give me any relief.

Because of sciatica I have been unable to go anywhere without extreme pain. Now with this cushion in the car I can travel much better as well as get out of the car able to walk! I am quite impressed.

It's so hard to get a seat cushion that feels the way you want it to. They are either too hard or too soft. This one I found to be too soft, so the height was reduced by about half, making it not high enough for me to see the road like I wanted to. I'm 5'2"

I have sciatica, after 20 minutes with this cushion it was worse than ever and I had to yank it out from under me, while driving 70 mph. Returning it Tuesday.

So, after spending a decent amount of money on spinal decompression treatments for 2 herniated disc (L-5 & S-1) I then had a 3 day drive from San Diego CA to Charlotte NC. Despite having a brand new car, I was worried that 3 days sitting would undo what was fixed! I ordered this and was going to just use it for the drive but I haven't removed it yet! Not only does it help with comfort, I am also 5' (just barely lol) and it helps raise me up enough that I can see better AND not have pressure on back of my legs. Saw one similar for $60, glad I got this. I see that shipping seems delayed, but it's worth it.

At 5 '1' this was a life saver. Get me up out of the sports seat crack so I can see and not stress my back out

My husband's car bucket seat was just putting me at a really uncomfortable angle during my pregnancy when I would sit. My belly hasn't even gotten that big this whole time and yet I am saved with the addition of this cushion. It puts my pelvis in a much more comfortable position for me so that I am not miserable when I ride/drive in my husband's car.

I use my seat cushion all the time - in cars, at the movies, out to dinner. Bucket seats hurt my lower back and this makes it possible for me to sit in them. The added bonus of being able to change it's direction from flat to standing, if you need extra support, is ideal.

This is perfect for your seat. It's memory foam and works in cars or trucks or vans but also for couches or other seats. It easily relives the pain and pressure in your back and hips while sitting while providing you with support for your butt, hips, back and posture all together. It's very comfortable and makes you want to keep sitting just to be able to be comfortable

The cushion size is so small it covered less than 1/2 our backsides. Cushion is very soft, as in no support. But the biggest reason I'm returning it is that sitting on it made the airbag sensor in our car turn off. The sensor in the seat no longer detected my 210 lb self sitting in it because of the angle the cushion put me at. Too much of a safety risk. I tried several cushion options and that didn't happen with any others.

Helps with lower back while driving

I purchased seat cushion because my bad back didn't like my mini-van's drivers seat angle. It looked and worked as advertised. I have used it for about a month now, and it is so far holding up well. It doesn't get easily shifted around when you climb in and out of the car and has definitely improved my posture and comfort while driving.

My Subaru Crosstrek leather seat has been the worst part of my 2013 car.. Pain in right leg after driving 20 minutes. Finally figures out that the dip in the back of seat was the issue,not the firmness of the seat itself!This cushion fills the gap without making the rest of my body too high for my comfort!Even bought one for my son who is a truck driver!Don't hesitate to try if you have same issue!

Me so comfy.I was skeptical, but this little pillow has made a huge improvement in my driving experience. I was having trouble on longer distances with my right hamstrings, but this pillow takes some pressure off my leg and I no longer need to stop and massage my hamstrings. And you can change it to be a lumbar or to be a tailbone pillow. I don't think I need two, but I can always order another.

I recently started a new job that requires a lot of driving, and at the end of the day my entire body was killing me, that's why I purchased this seat cushion, now my bum and back both felt better than usual at the end of the night! Worth every penny!

It meets my specific requirements! I can’t tolerate much pressure up against my thighs, so because the cushion is concentrated in the back part of the seat, it elevates my back and it reduces pressure on my thighs. It is particularly important for extended highway trips. Some cars have power seat controls that allow tilting of the front seats so the front edge doesn’t put much pressure up on the thighs. The cushion may not be the best choice for such cars. My experience is that the vast majority of cars do not have controls that allow tilting of the seat.

I injured two muscles in the upper left side of my butt and back, piriformis and gluteus medius, making it HARD to get out of low slung bucket seats. This made a HUGE difference! Anyone injuring these muscles knows what I am talking about. You can stand and walk just fine, but getting up and down from seated positions is terrible, especially car seats. This is the deal - perfect. It's at LEAST 50% easier and less painful to get in and out from the car. I am going to keep it there, too, I think it's a huge plus for long car rides even when not injured.

I've had lower back issues for a while, exacerbated by long commutes in a Honda Civic. During those years, I tried to make my own wedges with pillows, foam from an old mattress topper, etc. It never quite worked. I kept looking for a wedge but all I would find were soft wedges that would squish down when you sat, defeating the whole purpose. I thought about making one with something solid and covered in foam but didn't have the tools....Finally someone made what I'd designed in my head - a foam support that actually gets your butt up as high as your knees in a low-seat car. That it has memory-foam-like cushion is great, but the bigger plus is that it's not so foamy that it squishes under your weight completely.The dimensions are also great for my seat width wise. I cannot comment on other cars, but it works great in a Honda Civic. Wish they'd offered this years ago during my horrid commuting years - perhaps I wouldn't have had to have had back surgery!The only drawback isn't actually a flaw in the design of the wedge, but if you are much taller than I am (5'6"), this might raise your butt up too high in a short car. It's only a couple inches but some cars like mine don't have much clearance under the roof.

It helps to take up space in bucket seats but depending on the car it can actually make you too tall. I have a 2021 subaru crosstrek and I am only 5' 3" and my head is uncomfortably close to the ceiling even with my seat as low as possible. It cradles you laterally causing more pressure towards the sacrum rather than the sitbones. If you recline your seat at all, you will actually slide forward causing you to sit on your sacrum. Coming from a physical therapist - I would NOT recommend.

Great Product!! Use it for my kayak to save my tailbone and it holds its shape, the cover come off for easy drying and my tailbone feels great!

I got a new car, and it's seat's tilt can't be adjusted. I end up sitting too tilting back causing left leg to be numb. This wedge mat relieves the problem.

My car seat is a little tilted which I feel really uncomfortable and annoying and this memory foam is pretty soft and helps make the seat even. It does relieve the pressure from the tailbone. Also for people who have trouble seeing the view like me, it raises the height a little bit so that I can see more of the road. It’s also a good choice if you want rest your back by using it as a back pillow.

I need more seat coverage so I ordered a wedge cushion instead. It was only comfortable when I placed my tailbone behind the cushion itself and I also needed a fuller back cushion for lumbar/back support in a bucket style seat.

The cushion is small enough to fit my hand bag. It’s comfortable to sit on. The unusual design makes my back to sit straight. It’s important to relieve my back pain in the long run. I use it for my car seat as well as for my office chair.

I have back and buttocks pain from my Camry 2022 SE, the seats for this Camry are so bad, I put this cuasion, and the pain has been gone, I tried many things but this product is really good 👍

Exactly what I needed for a boost for my 5’4 frame but the product is not as firm as I thought it would be.

At just under five feet tall, I needed a boost while driving that was not uncomfortable. This works; now I sit a bit higher and in comfort.

The media could not be loaded.  I love that I don't have to keep adjusting it. I don't even have the attached rings in place. It's just the rite height & width for me. I'm 5"3, 109 lbs. The tapered front makes it so I don't feel any edges. This is worth every penny I spent. Which, wasn't a bad price at all. Oh... and it has stopped the pain I was experiencing in my neck and lower back when I drove before I started using it! YEA!! 🤗

I like this car seat cushion because it does not cover the entire seat. I need my legs behind my knees to be down lower against the car seat so I can reach the pedals. And my butt elevated up so I can see over the dashboard LOL

Really cut down on the leg pain! Glad I got these. They could be even a little thicker. The space for your rear is too big in the original Ford truck seats. I guess they are modeling a big farmer sitting in them. I do not know. But seriously not for a short person...

I have long legs and a very short torso, this makes it impossible for me to find a comfortable driving/sitting position on most seats. Because of that, I have all sorts of problems. This cushion provides good leverage for that. Not too high, not too thin, not taking up too much space. I’ve had hip pains and sciatica for a while and I already feel the difference. The road feels less harsh, so my glutes are less stiff, leading to less cramps, less spasms, sciatic pain etc. It’s obviously not going to cure your conditions, but it’s definitely helpful IMO

I’m short & in most cars the whole seat will rise and angle some but not enough for my leg to be angled down to the pedals. So driving for awhile makes my leg & hip sore. This cushion works perfectly to fill the little gap in the back of the seat and raise me the perfect amount. Without putting my body and legs awkwardly close to the steering wheel like normal cushions do.

Gives you a little extra cushion and boost where you need it for a nicer ride! Very comfortable and easy to install! Worth the money!

This cushion adds the right amount of support without all the bulk. I sit a little higher but not enough to be an issue.

Does a good bit to help my sciatica pain when I drive. Doesn't eliminate it completely but a good relief.

The Tesla Model Y has deeply slanted seats and not a lot of legroom because of the wheel well. This cushion perfectly contours the natural curves of the seats and levels out the seat. Instant and sustained relief from sciatica with this cushion is amazing! The grips in the underside of the cushion prevent it from slipping and I do not use the buckle that comes with the cushion. If you get IT band pain, piroformis syndrome, or sciatic from sitting when your knees are more elevated than your hips, this is your solution.For reference, I am 5’9” and wear 34 length jeans.

My bf has had back issues along with 2 back surgeries. We have this for our car and he uses it 2 different ways. Using it on the bottom works great but also makes him too tall in a car so he hits his head. Using it as a lumbar support works as well and seems to give him a lot of relief.

I would always experience lower back pain every time I drove because of the seat setup in my car (waist lower than my knees) however after throwing this in there, I immediately felt relief, no joke. I felt like I was sitting a little high up, to begin with, but after a bit, the foam compressed a little and I also got accustomed to the new height. It has definitely been a lifesaver for my lower spine. I assume it could also be used as a pillow when napping in the car. I personally haven't used it as such but it is comfortable enough to be used as one in my opinion

I bought this for my CX5. No matter how I adjusted the seat, it was like I was sitting in a hole. This cushion helps a lot. Looking forward to the next long drive to see how it holds up.

If you're looking to fill the gap in your car seat, it works. But overall, due to the fact it doesn't fully cover the seat, or really isn't that comfortable, and I can feel the edge of it where it ends, and it's just kind of constantly irritating. Look for something that is the same, but covers the full seat, and it will be much better.

I bought this for my husband who travels sometimes for work. When he spends a lot of time in the car, it really bothers his rump and his lower back. This has helped a lot. It looks funny, but it perfectly fits that space between the seat and the back rest. The mesh design offers support while still allowing plenty of airflow. I really appreciate that it connects onto the seat and doesn't slide around.

It works great for lifting me up and very comfortable. I was getting leg pain before I purchased this. Now with repositioning my seat to lower mode I am able to keep my leg extended with heel of foot touching the ground which alleviated my leg and hip pain.

I never write reviews, but read a ton of reviews before ordering this cushion for my new car (and I am very glad I did!) The deep angle in my car's seat cushion is terrible ergonomics and was causing a lot of lower back pain (making lumbar disc issues worse). After trying out many different cushions, this one finally solved the problem! It provides just the right amount of boost to my hips, so they are more level with my knees and do not sink into the seat. This is a smaller cushion and not as tall as bigger wedge cushions I tried, but it works well for me (petite, average height.) Material is comfortable and provides good support.

The car seat cushion has been a wonderful answer to my issue of not being able to see out of my car sufficiently. I am only 5'1" tall and my SUV is designed for a taller driver. It is well-made and very comfortable. The contour of the cushion does not match my car seat perfectly as a rounded back seam would conform to my car seat better but it is not a big problem as I readjust it occasionally before getting in the car.

Great construction. When used as a car seat cushion, the thick memory foam is a bit wobbly, like trying to stay on top of jello. When used as a lumbar cushion, works well except it's so thick it pushes me forward too much in the seat and my legs are not well supported on the seat's edge.

I had another seat cushion for back relief and it helped some, but never truly fit the seat and I was always having to adjust it. THIS cushion is perfect. It fits firmly and snugly in the seat which makes it easy for me to adjust my hips to the best position. I highly recommend this cushion. It becomes part of the seat and you never have think about it once you put it in.Now that I have used this cushion for several months, I am disappointed that the cushioned flattened out! So I adjusted 5 stars to stars.

I am 5’9” (1.75 meters ) and weight 170 lbs (77KG) and I can barely fit on top of this half pillow. I think the idea is there, but the pillow is so small only and infants butt can fit :)

Ive tried bulky ones that I normally use on my office chair. They never sat right. And we're just way too bulky. This thing is perfect. Non slip. Flip it around for back or tailbone support. Getting another for the other seat.
