You can track your order (Click Here) with your order number and tracking number provided in the order confirmation email. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping centre. The typical delivery timeframe is 10-17 days. Depending on your location, you may receive items later or earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Occasionally, packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays so please kindly understand.

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely, they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please drop a message to us with the contact form or reach out to us at, and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

If you need to make changes to your order, you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order and provide your order number. We Can Change:

We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it's been made isn't always possible. However, we always want to help so please send us an email (with your order number) to our customer support at, and we will try our best to get your order cancelled for you. If we're lucky enough to cancel in time, we'll process your refund within 1-3 business days.

We are sorry to hear you'd like to return the goods. If you don't like our goods, you can return the item within 30 calendar days upon delivery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy and reconfirm that the product meets the return condition and requirement.

We will send you the shipping address after receiving your confirmation. Please note again that the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and it is Non-refundable. After receiving and reviewing the condition of the returned product, we will process the refund and you will receive it within 7 business days.
