Who we are

Efforest is a trading name of Efforest Company Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR at Unit B, 12/F, 28 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Efforest Company Limited is the seller of record for every order placed on efforest.com and is the party responsible for your order, your payment and your return.

What we sell

We sell home, bedroom and bathroom furniture and fittings for customers in the United States — bunk beds and bed frames, sofas and recliners, bathroom vanities, shower doors, bathtubs and toilets — alongside a smaller range of everyday comfort and wellness accessories. We are a retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell.

How your order is fulfilled

We want to be plain about this, because it affects your delivery. Efforest does not hold its own inventory. The furniture and fittings we list are held in warehouses inside the United States operated by our supply partners, and they ship to you domestically from those warehouses. Nothing on a furniture order is shipped to you from Hong Kong, and you will not be asked to pay import duty on it.

What this means in practice:

• Stock counts on our product pages are synchronised with our supply partners' warehouses through the day. We work to keep them accurate, but they can still lag behind the warehouse. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we cancel that item and refund it in full.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Small parcels typically arrive in 7–14 days; freight items are scheduled with you by phone.
• Freight items — the $99 class, such as bathtubs and large vanities — are delivered to your curb, not carried inside. Smaller large items travel by parcel or small freight.
• If a partner cannot fulfil an item after you have paid, we cancel and refund in full — we will not leave an order open.

About the Efforest name on our products

Most of the furniture we sell is manufactured to a generic specification and carries no manufacturer brand of its own. We list those items under the Efforest name because we are the seller you buy from and the party who stands behind the purchase — not because we made them. Where an item does carry a manufacturer's own brand, we show that brand instead. Where the supplier provides a country of manufacture we state it on the product page; where they do not, we do not guess.

What we do not claim

We do not make medical, therapeutic or clinical claims about anything we sell. Product specifications, dimensions, weight limits and materials on our pages come from the supplier of that item. We pass on what the supplier states and do not independently test or certify these figures.
