I have been struggling with hip and back pain for months now and this has helped so much! I sleep on my side so I can put on side between my knees and it makes my hips and back not hurt anymore when I wake up in the mornings! I have tried pillows and pillows between my knees and none of that worked. But this is amazing! So glad I got it!

It is amazing!! Took it out of the box as soon as it arrived, it needed a few hours to fully puff itself up. It was ready for use by that night, and as soon as I laid with the pillow I instantly could’ve fallen asleep. It’s super soft, easy to maneuver and contort to desired comfort. The fabric is very soft, and the shape and size of the pillow is really nice for people who sleep on their side, especially if you deal with constant body pain from improper sleeping positions like myself.

This pillow is wonderful, whether you are pregnant or not. Not being pregnant, I can still use this pillow in bed or on my couch. The U-shape lets you pile up the "arms" of the pillow under your legs, your sides, arms, etc. giving you the most comfortable position while working/sleeping and so on. The stuffing makes these arms firm enough to prop up your legs and head while still remaining soft for you to rest soundly. The pillow case comes off for easy washing and slips on easily once dried.

as in description. I followed the instructions given from the seller and let it gain volume after unwrapping from its package. I am trying it now and seems to be comfortable but is much softer and plush than a normal pillow. good thing is that the pillow case can be removed and there is another zip where you can reach the "stuffing" and adjust it or even add more to it from what I gather. I am using it with another pillow underneath the top where my head lies but each person can adjust it to their liking.
