Efforest Memory Foam Knee Pillow

I have been using just a small pillow at night but it never stays in place and I need to search for it after a few hours. I know that a pillow used between my legs is a big relief from hip and knee pain. The pillow between the legs also reduces the number of bathroom trips due to and aging prostrate. This knee pillow fits, stays in place and is very comfortable. My hip and knee pain is gone and while I still need to get up for a bathroom trip I don't need to get up as often. I am very glad I saw this add for this pillow. 

I’m a side-sleeper and as the cruelty of age began to take its toll, sleeping like this began to hurt my hips something fierce. I used a body pillow, which worked fine, but it took up a lot of bed real estate and was a hassle if I wanted to switch sides during the night. I thought I’d give this a try, though I was a bit concerned it wouldn’t stay in place. Well, it does stay in place and it works like a charm! It’s also small enough to pack for a trip, whenever we can do that again.

Also under your neck while laying on your back or even your side for great support I love this pillow and I have so many pillows to do it’s job so this is very comfortable also I have washed the shell cover pillow case.
