I have a rare complete ACL tear that will need surgery and I am 3 months out from my injury.
I have spent a lot of time money and pain trying and failing to find a knee support that is both supportive and comfortable. That is until I found the orthomen hinged brace, it is the perfect combination of rugged support and strength but still It doesn’t slip and is very comfortable to wear all day.
I was able to discard my cane and get about my daily chores efficiently while wearing this.

The item is great, I can do different stances with much less pain in my knees.
The default angle is around 175ish°? I wouldn't bend more than around 130ish° (closer to horse stance)? I tried it with my ebike, the closer I felt I got to 90°, the more pressure I felt and even herd some small pops. So don't squat with them on.
