Can I cancel my order after I've purchased it on the website? - You can.

We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it's been made isn't always possible. However, we always want to help so please send us an email (with your order number) to our customer support at info@efforest.com, and we will try our best to get your order cancelled for you. If we're lucky enough to cancel in time, we'll process your refund within 1-3 business days. 

 

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

Our return policy lasts 30 days, beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure your purchases' satisfaction. The buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost which is non-refundable.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us within the first seven days of receiving that item, and we'll work it out with you. info@efforest.com

 

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
